I appreciate the opportunity to hold this Sunday a small course Paleo cooking in a restaurant bar Truffless in English Chorley.
We have prepared a "honey cake" of low-carbohydrate ingredients - almond flour, coconut oil, eggs, dates ... for 60 people, from whom we have had great reviews without knowing that it is the Paleo ... a good start :).
Two years ago, the restaurant owner received training in the field of gluten-free diet, now GF is a part of their regular menu ... when you meet the friendly man, everything goes :).
